Welcome to our Association Web site. Here you will find information about our growing, vibrant community. With beautiful homes now occupying 99 percent of the 300 platted parcels, Springbrook Hills and Springbrook Hills East is one of DeWitt's largest residential developments. Friendly neighbors, private parks, tennis courts, rolling vistas and social activities help provide an ideal place to call home. Visit these pages often to stay on top of Association happenings and learn what you can do to make our community even better! For Board and Association News click the Association News button on the left or select from the newsletters listed below. Note: To view archived newsletters, scroll down page after selecting issue. PLEASE NOTE: If you are purchasing a home in the Hills, be aware that our annual dues are $200 and payable by January 15 each year. Dues are charged to the homeowner of record on January 1. In the case of January home sales, the seller must first pay the dues to the association, but may choose to prorate them with the buyer at closing. It is the new homeowner's responsibility to make sure that dues are paid in full to avoid costly liens. To avoid any surprises, be sure to check with the seller before you close on the sale. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Springbrook Hills Homeowners Association P.O. Architectural Approval FormCertain improvements to your property require approval by the Architectural Control Committee. The Architecural Control Committee also is responsible for enforcing the deed restrictions (see below) that we all agree to when purchasing our home, such as street trees, trailer restrictions, landscaping appearance, etc. It is always best for neighbors to work out any violations or problems between themselves before bringing the matter to the committee. Let's work together to maintain the desireable appearance of our community!
